A Green Feast Worthy of Saint Patrick

St. Patrick’s Day is one of the most widely celebrated holidays of the year, but it’s way more than just green beer and massive parades. March 17 (461 A.D. to be exact) marks the passing of Saint Patrick, the foremost patron saint of Ireland. This day is also known as the Feast of Saint Patrick, which we are totally on board with.

Need help crepesto-spaghetti-with-roasted-tomatoes-and-grilled-chicken-srgb.jpgating or completing your green feast?  You’re in luck (pun intended)! These festive cucumber and tomato recipes would make old Saint Patrick proud, so whip some up and party like it’s 461!

Get your celebration started by serving avocado toast with spiralized ONE SWEET® cucumbers.  Add these
green-on-green, toasty snacks to your spread and you might just get pinched to make way for hungry hands.

The main dish of this green feast is a flavorful pesto pasta from Cooking Classy featuring some of our tastiest cherry tomatoes. We recommend staking out a spot at the front of the line if you want to get any of this lip-smackin’ pasta before it’s gone!

Once your guests are full and ready to party, serve up some refreshing SUNSET®-English-Cucumber-Mojito-332x445 (1).jpgSUNSET® English Cucumber Mojitos. The cool cucumber plays well with fresh mint and rum in this creative twist on a Mojito. A slightly heavier pour on the rum and you and your guests will be doing an Irish jig in no time.

So whether your preference is emerald, evergreen, mint or olive, we wish you the happiest St. Patrick’s Day and a feast to remember!
